Indian explosive opener Virendra Sehwag on tuesday retires from International cricket also from the cash rich Indian premier leogue(IPL). The 36 year old has played and servied indian team for almost 16 years and has scored a total of 17,253 runs from all farme to. He announced his decision of retiring from International cricket after he decided to take part in (MCL) Master champion league.
He took the decision when he was in the MCL’s opening ceremony but he had said wrong all the repost which says that he had decided to retire from the international cricket but will only announce when he will return to India. Sehwag, however says that he will continue to play in domestic cricket. He also ended his 17 year old contract with the Delhi Cricket Association and has shifted to Haryana and leads his team in the ongoing Ranji season.
Sehwag in the fifty highest run getters by an indian in a test match as he had 8273 runs from 104 test matches. He has a total of 8273 runs in ODI’s where he scored 15 centuries at an average of 35.05and has 394 runs in T20 from the IPL Verendra Sehwag has ban in the team of Delhi daredevils from (2008-2013) and then was in the team of kings XI punjab from 2014 and is currently playing from that team he has a total of 2728 runs from 104 matches in IPL which also include 16 fifties and two glorises centuries one of which come in the semi-final of the game. He has 2 triple centuries and one double century in ODI’s.
