West Indian all rounder Marlon Samuels is again in trouble as he is caught by the on field umpires and the T.V. umpires for a slight change in his bowling action which night not be leagal. The umpires have noticed some of the deliveries are crossing the IS degree tolerance mask in the first test match against Sri-Lanka in the ongoing Series as West Indies take on Sri-Lanka in a three match test series.

This is the third time for the all rounder when his bowling action is found illeagal. The first time it was a game against the South Africans way back in 2008 where he was cought by the Umpires for illeagal action which led him to stay away from International Cricket he was then given permission by the ICC to play international cricket from 2011. But again in 2013 he was banned by the ICC for the second time this time against a different apposition. It was a series against India Where he was banned to bowl any other ball except off break which was not to effective as he got precticible.

Now this is the third time Samuels has been caught by the ICC for his bowling action. He has to go through a test for his bowling by an ICC approved conter one of which is located in Chennai so that he can bowl in International Cricket but before the test he is alowed to bowl in international cricket and in also legible to play the 2nd test against Sri-Lanka in the ongoing hour of West Indies against Sri-Lanka in Sri-Lanka.
