Kevin Peterson made his second consecutive century in the ongoing Ram Slam tournament in South Africa and helped dolphins win the match very comfortably against the Knights.
Theunis De Bruyn played a very brilliant knock of 100 runs from just 55 balls to help his team make a total of 167 but his knock went in vain as an another special knock was played by the player from the dolphins side that came of from Kevin Peterson’s bat as he made a total of 100 runs from just 45 balls which helped dolphins to chase down a total of 168 runs in just 16.4 overs. Hence, the dolphins won the match by 9 wickets and with 20 balls to spare. Batting first the knights lost its opening batsman early but then they again Recovered as the knights added a total of 82 run for the second wicket. Bruyn went on and bring his hundred in just 45 balls.

Chasing the target, the dolphins get a very good start at the beginning of the innings as Camroon Delport started the innings very positively with a flury of boundries and reached to 34 runs very fast before Ryan Mclaren gave them the first breakthrough but at the end it was the only wicket fell as both the other batsman Kevin Peterson and Morne Van Wyk were not out till the end of the innings. Kevin Peterson the England batsman continued his play from where he has left his previous match where he scored a century.
He started his innings as he was continuing his previous one he was targeting every bowler and hitting them for boundaries and sixes very easily right form the beginning of the innings. He and Morne Van Wyk made a partnership of 134 runs together and took Dolphins to a 9 wicket Victory.
In the other two matches of the day Cape Cobras beat Warriors by 5 runs while Titans beat the lions by 4 wickets.
