Indian opener Murli Vijay who missed two test against Sri-Lanka because of Hamstring problem is now fully fit for the upcoming test series against South Africa. He said that he is looking forward to the South Africa series as a challenging one and it has one of the great bowlers like Dale Steyn. He added that he will like to provide a great start for his team and was happy that he had done that for the team.

When asked about his another opening partner Shikar Dhawan he said that they have been very close friend to each other of the field which has helped both of them a lot. He also believes that his strong bonding between the two opener of the field comes into play when they are playing together in the ground. He added that both the opener also understands each other batting styles also. He also said that they often talk to each other and constantly help each other by keeping one other motivated.

The series between India and South Africa starts from November 5 it will be a 4 test match series. The host India had already lost the 3 match 120 series by 2-0 and the 5 match ODI series by 3-2 previously against the same opponent. However the new test captain Virat Kohli will be thinking of winning their series as India had already lost the previous two of T20 and ODI resectively.
