The Board of Control of Cricket in India is making appeal as the rival Kochi Tuskers Franchise of Rendezvous Sports World (RSW) who had previous approched Bombay High Court with the application regarding to attach Moveable and immovable Prperties of BCCI. As when Tuskers was in the play they worked as a team but after the dispute the Franchise owner filed case for termination arbitrators. Where R C Lahoti got case in favour.
In the month of june 2015 The Court Ordered BCCI to pay the Kochi Tuskers a sum of Rs 383 Cr (Approx) for the damages and all the intrest of 18% of 4 Yeatrs and a special 72 Laksh for legal Fees. According to proper intrest rates the BCCI Should pay More than Rs 900 CR. to Rendezvous Sports World (RSW) for the period of 4 Years but the BCCI Declined Court Appeal and Gone against the Appeal of Court by making excuse that the Franchise had got out before agreement.
The Board will keep this point in court. The things are getting more tangled here which will not make comfortable situation for kochi Tuskers to join IPL Again.
