South Africa after losing the first test match by 106 runs in just three days got some good news and is pleased to know that both their key players Jean Paul Duminy and Morne Morkel who were out of the first test due to injuries are likely to be available for their national side in the 2nd game against the hosts. However there trump card, pacer man Dale Steyn is uncertain whether he will be able to play the 2nd test as he is facing strain which he got while playing against India in the first test as he did not bowled in the second innings of the test match.

Morne Morkel is completely recovered from the injury while JP Duminy who was ruled out from the last 2 ODI’S and the first test will be available most probably.
South Africa team manager DR. Mohammaed Moosajee said that the stitches of Duminy has been removed from his right hand and will have a net session during practice in the upcoming couple of days and added that he should be available for the next match against proteas. He also said about pacer Morne Morkel and said that he is fully recovered from the quad strain and he might also be available for the first test if it has started a day later.
South Africa also has some bad news as they might also miss the services of Dale Steyn as he got a strain during the first test on which the team Manager said that he might be unavailable as he is healing currently but he will go through a fitness test two days before the second test and will be available only when he will be able to pass the fitness test.
